Hours:

Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.

Special arrangements to be seen can be made for off-hour times

After Hours and Urgent Care:

I am personally available via cellular phone 24 hours a day for my regular patients. Call 303-318-4102 24-hours/day. Click here for online medical advice. If I am unavailable, I will arrange local coverage by another Board Certified Pediatrician.

Phone Consultations:

For your convenience phone consultations regarding non-urgent issues are available at the regular fee.

Appointments:

To schedule an appointment call the office at 303-318-4102.
All office visits must be scheduled. Because I can only be in one place at a time, only one patient is scheduled at a time. Same day appointments are generally available.
Please show up to appointments on time. This is your time, and you will be charged for the time scheduled.

Financial Policy:

Your payment is due at the time of service. We gladly accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only). Mindful Pediatrics does not submit billing claims to any insurance company. We will provide you with a receipt and claim for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Though we do not accept Medicaid, and Medicaid patients will not be able to recive reimbursement for our services, we are able to see Medicaid patients at this time.

Returned Checks:

For checks returned to us as unpaid by your bank, you will be charged a $25 fee.

Missed Appointments:

Please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment. Anything less then may be charged in full.

Transfers:

When you move or leave our practice, one copy of your child's records will be sent without charge to whomever you designate. A written release of records is required. Please allow two weeks for delivery of record.
